MeiraGTx Holdings plc announced on September 22, 2026, that it has appointed Alan M. Sebulsky to its Board of Directors. The appointment is effective September 23, 2026, and Mr. Sebulsky will serve as a Class I director. His term will expire at the Company’s 2028 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to re-election.

Mr. Sebulsky has been designated to serve on the Board’s Science and Technology Committee. He was recommended for the position by the Company’s senior management and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The filing notes that Mr. Sebulsky was not selected pursuant to any arrangement with another person and that there are no related party transactions between the Company and the new director.

According to the accompanying press release, Mr. Sebulsky is a veteran healthcare portfolio manager with over 40 years of experience in public company investment and financial strategy. Most recently, he served as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Adage Capital Management, LP, where he led a team overseeing a biopharmaceutical portfolio with over $2 billion in assets. He currently serves as the Managing Member of Apothecary Capital LLC, which he reestablished in April 2026.

Mr. Sebulsky’s previous board experience includes serving on the boards of directors for Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC and Arrow International, Inc. He currently serves on the board of directors of Parabilis Medicines, Inc. The Company stated that Mr. Sebulsky will be eligible for compensation under its Non-Employee Director Compensation Program and expects him to enter into the Company’s standard indemnification agreement.
