In connection with these changes, Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand and Product Activation Officer, and Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer, will depart the company on November 6, 2026. Both departures are being treated as terminations without cause.
Chief Financial Officer Meghan Frank will continue in her role and take on expanded responsibilities, including interim oversight of the global brand and global technology functions until a Chief Brand Officer and a new Chief Technology Officer are appointed. Searches are currently underway for these positions, as well as for a Chief Communications Officer and a Chief Strategy Officer.
