LQR House Inc. (NASDAQ: YHC) announced on October 26, 2026, that its subsidiary, YHC AI Limited, has entered into a supplemental agreement to expand the use of OpenAI technologies at its financial services subsidiary, Fusion Five Continents Securities Limited.

The agreement builds upon a previous announcement from October 19 regarding the procurement of up to $3 million in AI computing resources. The supplemental agreement provides access to several advanced GPT models, including GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, GPT-5.6 Luna, and GPT-5.6 Sol. These models are intended to support the continued development of AI-driven research, quantitative analytics, and automated portfolio optimization at Fusion Five.

The supplemental terms include a raised ceiling on the purchase of AI compute and a volume discount structure. The original agreement offered a 30% discount for purchases below $3 million. The new terms provide a 40% discount for aggregate purchases between $3 million and $5 million over the life of the agreement.

This move follows a June 2026 agreement with a ByteDance group company to incorporate ByteDance’s advanced AI models into Fusion Five’s platform. LQR House stated that the addition of OpenAI models represents a step in developing a multi-model AI infrastructure for Fusion Five, combining complementary technologies to support financial workflows.

Fusion Five operates as a financial services firm providing stablecoin-based funding and settlement capabilities alongside AI-enabled tools. The company is able to accept USDT deposits for securities trading, with settlement facilitated by a licensed trust company.
