For the fourth quarter, total revenues increased 5% year-over-year to $161.6 million, while operating income rose 39% to $15.8 million. The company reported diluted earnings per share of $1.10 for the quarter, an 11% increase compared to the prior year.

Segment performance showed strength in North America, where irrigation revenues increased 11% to $55.4 million, supported by higher unit sales volume. Conversely, international irrigation revenues were comparable to the prior year. The infrastructure segment also saw growth, with revenues increasing 13% to $27.8 million, driven by higher sales of road safety products.

For the full fiscal year, total revenues decreased 6% to $635.9 million, and operating income fell 24% to $66.9 million. Diluted earnings per share for the year were $5.33, a 21% decrease from the prior year. The company noted that the decline was driven by lower comparative project sales in the Middle East North Africa region and lower sales volume in North America and Brazil.

In other business developments, Lindsay announced the adoption of a Management Incentive Plan (MIP) for fiscal year 2027. The plan establishes target bonus amounts for senior officers ranging from 35% to 100% of base salary.
