LifeMD, Inc. has announced an exclusive strategic collaboration with AT&T Services, Inc. Under the terms of the Subscriber Health & Wellness Collaboration Agreement, eligible AT&T wireless and fiber customers will receive complimentary access to a LifeMD membership. The agreement establishes a multi-phase launch strategy, beginning with a limited number of states before expanding to a nationwide offering.
The collaboration is designed to provide AT&T customers with a virtual care and pharmacy platform. LifeMD has stated that the $19-per-month membership fee will be fully waived for eligible users, representing a value of approximately $228 per year. The program is being rolled out through AT&T’s &More program.
Initially, the benefit will be available to 29 million AT&T customers across 11 states, including Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Iowa, Texas, New York, California, and Michigan. The company has indicated that additional markets will join the program in January 2027.
LifeMD and AT&T have established a joint steering committee to oversee the project, covering aspects such as marketing, budget, creative, pricing, and performance. The agreement has an initial term of one year with automatic renewal for successive one-year periods, subject to either party providing 90 days’ written notice of non-renewal.
Eligible customers must enroll to receive the complimentary membership. Once enrolled, members can access a range of services, including virtual primary and urgent care, ongoing medication management for chronic conditions, weight management, and specialty care. The platform offers same-day prescriptions for common conditions, with many medications available for direct home delivery from LifeMD’s pharmacy.
LifeMD has noted that the collaboration is intended to expand access to care and help remove barriers to healthcare for millions of Americans. The filing includes forward-looking statements regarding the expected launch timing, scope, and benefits of the partnership.
