Lesaka Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: LSAK; JSE: LSK) released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended June 30, 2026. The company reported full-year revenue of $721.5 million, representing a 1.7% year-over-year increase, while net revenue reached $374.9 million, up 20% year-over-year. The company achieved GAAP net income of $2.8 million for the fiscal year, marking its first full year of GAAP profitability since 2022.
On a segment basis, Merchant Revenue decreased by 10% year-over-year to $509.3 million, while Consumer Revenue grew 38% to $142.6 million. Enterprise Revenue saw the strongest growth, increasing 62% to $74.7 million. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) for the fiscal year were $6.51, a 210% increase from the prior year.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, revenue was $188.3 million, up 0.8% year-over-year, and net revenue was $98.5 million, an 8% increase. The company reported GAAP net income of $3.2 million for the quarter and Adjusted EPS of $0.15.
Lesaka provided guidance for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2027. For Q1 2027 (ending September 30, 2026), the company expects net revenue between ZAR 1.58 billion and ZAR 1.66 billion and Adjusted EPS between ZAR 0.40 and ZAR 0.60. For the full fiscal year 2027, the company projects net revenue between ZAR 7.0 billion and ZAR 7.7 billion, Group Adjusted EBITDA between ZAR 1.45 billion and ZAR 1.60 billion, and Adjusted EPS between ZAR 7.50 and ZAR 8.50. The guidance includes the impact of the pending Bank Zero acquisition, subject to regulatory approval.
The company also disclosed that it has made immaterial revisions to prior period financial information due to the correction of errors regarding intercompany transactions and the presentation of treasury shares in previously filed reports.
