Kyntra Bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: KYNB) announced several changes to its leadership structure in a filing dated September 30, 2026. The company has appointed Andrew E. Singer, MBA, as a Class III director, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Singer will also serve on the Audit Committee of the Board.

Mr. Singer brings over 25 years of experience in biotechnology finance and strategy. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of Fika Bio Consulting, Inc. Previously, he held leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo, and RBC Capital Markets, where he advised on transactions valued in excess of $50 billion. Mr. Singer holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.

Separately, the company reported that Maykin Ho, Ph.D., has resigned from the Board effective September 30, 2026. Dr. Ho served on the Board since December 2018 and was a member of the Audit Committee. Her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations or policies.

In other corporate governance matters, Kyntra Bio entered into a new Change in Control and Severance Agreement with CEO Thane Wettig on September 30, 2026. The new agreement has a three-year term ending October 2, 2029, and includes substantially the same severance and change-in-control benefits as the prior agreement.
