Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) announced on November 2, 2026, that Jason Kary has been appointed as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 18, 2026. Kary succeeds Neil Dougherty, who will step down from the role on that date. Dougherty notified the company of his decision to step down on October 29, 2026, for personal reasons, and will remain with Keysight in an advisory capacity through the end of fiscal year 2027 to support the transition.

Prior to his current role, Kary served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Head of Investor Relations from 2014 to 2024. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Keysight’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Satish Dhanasekaran, stated that Kary’s appointment reflects the strength of the company’s leadership team and track record of developing talent.
