On September 16, 2026, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) announced the appointment of Paul Morgan as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role, effective immediately. Morgan, age 54, will report directly to JLL’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Christian Ulbrich, and will become a member of the Company’s Global Executive Board.
Morgan joins JLL from an 18-year tenure at Johnson Controls, where he held various executive leadership positions in sales, strategy, account management, and operations. He has been with JLL since 2016, previously serving as the Global Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Management Services business and as Chief Executive Officer of Workplace Management globally. In his new role, Morgan will lead a newly centralized global operations function, a key component of JLL’s long-term strategy known as “Accelerate 2030.” This strategy focuses on advancing the firm’s scale, resilience, and operational excellence.
According to the filing, the creation of this position is intended to centralize enterprise-wide operational expertise. The company stated that unifying its business lines and corporate functions has resulted in stronger financial performance and better client outcomes. JLL noted that one of the six imperatives of Accelerate 2030 is “Unlock Platform Excellence,” which aims to tap into the capabilities and technology that create consistent delivery at scale.
As of June 30, 2026, JLL reported annual revenue of $26.1 billion and a global workforce of more than 112,000 professionals operating in over 80 countries.
