Jersey Mike’s Subs Inc. (NYSE: JMKE) reported financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended June 28, 2026, in a Form 8-K filed on September 9, 2026. The company announced that systemwide sales increased 10% year over year to $1.210 billion, while total revenue rose 10% to $208 million.

For the quarter, same-store sales grew 2.3%, driven primarily by transaction growth. The company opened 83 new stores, resulting in net unit growth of 8.1% year over year.
