iQSTEL Inc. announced a corporate objective to establish mobile-operator distribution channels capable of reaching a potential audience of approximately 40 million mobile users by the end of the second quarter of 2027. This target is part of a strategic partnership with IDILIO TV, a mobile-first entertainment platform producing vertical microdramas for Spanish-speaking audiences. The initiative aims to monetize IQSTEL's existing telecommunications infrastructure by distributing premium digital content.

The 40 million-user figure is an arithmetic illustration based on an assumed 1.25% gross penetration rate and does not represent existing or guaranteed paying subscribers. The company also set a goal to reach 500,000 gross subscribers by the end of 2027, excluding churned subscribers. IQSTEL stated that these figures are not forecasts, financial guidance, or existing subscriber data.

The IDILIO TV platform is backed by a $5 million seed round led by a16z Speedrun, with participation from Goodwater Capital, WndrCo, and Nubank founder David Vélez. According to the press release, IDILIO TV has surpassed 2 million downloads and offers distribution across more than 120 countries, with a catalog of more than 49 original series. The content is available on iOS and Android devices.

Leadership for the rollout includes Jorge Becerra, CEO of IQSTEL Digital, who brings over 25 years of experience in media and digital services. The IDILIO TV initiative is intended to serve as a scalable, high-margin recurring-revenue model for IQSTEL, complementing the company's broader strategy to expand into higher-margin digital services such as fintech, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital health.

IQSTEL reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of approximately $207 million for the first half of 2026, compared with approximately $130 million in the prior-year period. The company maintains commercial relationships with more than 600 telecommunications operators across 24 countries, whose networks collectively provide potential access to approximately 2.3 billion end users.
