InTest Corporation (NYSE American: INTT) announced preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, indicating a period of strong growth across orders, revenue, and backlog.

The company reported estimated revenue for the third quarter of 2026 at the high end of its guidance range of $33 million to $35 million. This represents growth of more than 30% compared to the $26.2 million reported in the third quarter of 2025.

Orders for the quarter are estimated to be between $48 million and $50 million. This figure represents an increase of 28% to 33% compared to the same period in the prior year. The company attributes this record performance to back-end semiconductor orders, which management noted have been driven by customer capacity expansions fueled by AI-driven data center demand.

Backlog at the end of the quarter is estimated to be between $58 million and $60 million. This is an increase of approximately 28% to 32% from the backlog reported at June 30, 2026, which stood at $45.4 million.

Management stated that the order activity has strengthened the backlog, positioning the company for a strong finish to 2026. The company plans to report its third quarter results on November 6, 2026.
