Interparfums, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IPAR) announced on September 17, 2026, a 20-year extension of its exclusive worldwide license agreement for the Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli fragrance brands. The partnership with brand management company Marquee Brands has been extended through December 31, 2046.
The agreement covers the continued creation, development, and global distribution of fragrances. Interparfums will operate the license through its wholly owned Italian subsidiary, Interparfums Italia Srl, which is based in Florence and manages operations from Paris, France.

He noted that since the license was acquired in 2023, the company has introduced new extensions and collections, including Uomo, Just Cavalli, and Marbleous. The company highlighted the success of the 2025 launch of the Serpentine fragrance, which it described as a blockbuster that exceeded expectations.
Heath Golden, CEO of Marquee Brands, commented on the partnership, stating that Interparfums has proven to be an exceptional steward of the fragrances and that the extension reflects the long-term role the category will play in the brand's global growth strategy.
