Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: IART) announced on October 2, 2026, that preliminary unaudited results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, and updated full-year 2026 guidance will be impacted by flooding at its manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
According to the company, the flooding event negatively affected third quarter revenue by an estimated $7 million. As a result, Integra expects to report third quarter revenue between $410 million and $412 million. The company also anticipates adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.55 to $0.59 for the quarter.
The company stated that it expects the flooding-related supply disruption to negatively impact fourth quarter revenue by approximately $15 million to $20 million. Based on current assessments, Integra anticipates a return to full manufacturing operations at the Cincinnati facility during the second quarter of 2027.
Regarding full-year 2026 guidance, Integra has lowered its reported revenue outlook from a previous range of $1.654 billion to $1.695 billion to a new range of $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion. The company has also adjusted its adjusted earnings per diluted share guidance from a range of $2.40 to $2.50 to a range of $2.30 to $2.40.
Despite the revenue reduction, the company expects operating cash flow for the full year to be approximately $190 million to $200 million. Integra noted that it maintains property and business interruption insurance covering the Cincinnati facility and expects insurance recoveries to mitigate a substantial portion of the earnings impact associated with the disruption.
