Insmed Incorporated announced on October 5, 2026, that Sara Bonstein, the company's Chief Financial Officer, will separate from the company effective October 30, 2026. Ms. Bonstein will remain in her role through the reporting of the third-quarter 2026 financial results and will participate in the subsequent earnings call on October 29, 2026.
The company stated that the transition is not related to any disagreement regarding accounting practices, financial statements, internal controls, or operations. Ms. Bonstein will receive the benefits outlined in her Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated April 1, 2022. Insmed has initiated a search to identify her successor and has engaged a leading executive search firm for the process.
