On October 21, 2026, Inmune Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) announced a Master Services Agreement with Uniphar Durbin Ireland Limited to establish a scalable framework for the international access, distribution, and commercialization of Ebstrocel™.
Ebstrocel™ is the company’s investigational, pooled, allogeneic human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stromal cell therapy for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB). The therapy is being developed through the CORDStrom™ platform.
Under the agreement, Inmune Bio intends to initially use the framework to pursue named-patient access in selected European countries and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This pathway allows physicians to request Ebstrocel for individual eligible patients before local marketing approval or broad commercial availability, subject to applicable laws and country-specific statements of work.
The relationship may subsequently expand across Europe and other territories by mutual agreement. Depending on the services agreed in individual statements of work, Uniphar may support regulatory feasibility assessments, market access, product storage and distribution, healthcare-provider and treatment-site onboarding, order-to-cash services, medical information, pharmacovigilance support, and end-to-end shipment tracking.
Inmune Bio’s Chief Executive Officer, David Moss, stated that the agreement marks an important step in moving Ebstrocel toward commercialization. He noted that Uniphar provides access to established market-access, distribution, and order-to-cash capabilities without requiring the company to build those capabilities country by country.
Inmune Bio also announced that it has submitted its pre-Marketing Authorisation Application (pre-MAA) package to the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for Ebstrocel™ (CORDStrom™).
Inmune Bio is a late-stage biotechnology company focused on inflammation and immunology. The company is actively advancing two late-stage product platforms: the CORDStrom™ platform and the XPro1595™ platform, a Dominant-Negative Tumor Necrosis Factor (DN-TNF) platform for neuroinflammation.
