Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (NYSE: INGM) hosted its inaugural 2026 Capital Markets Day on September 15, 2026, at the NYSE Texas in Dallas. The event, which included a live webcast, focused on the company’s transformation into the global technology ecosystem’s B2B intelligent operating system. During the presentation, Ingram Micro’s executive leadership team introduced a multi-year financial framework for fiscal years 2026 through 2029.
The company outlined specific targets for the period, including a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for net sales of approximately 4% to 6%. Management emphasized a strategy of growing gross profit faster than net sales while maintaining operating expense discipline. The framework projects operating expenses to remain stable as a percentage of net sales, ranging from 4.4% to 4.8%.
Under the long-term targets, Ingram Micro anticipates non-GAAP net income growth of 11% to 13% annually. The company also set goals for adjusted free cash flow and adjusted EBITDA, targeting a ratio of at least 30% or more. Additionally, the firm aims for an adjusted return on invested capital (ROIC) of 16% to 17% over a four-year average.
CEO Paul Bay highlighted the company’s scale and relationships as a foundation for value creation. President of the Global Platform Group Sanjib Sahoo discussed the Xvantage platform, which integrates over 400 AI and machine-learning models to predict and automate business workflows. CFO Mike Zilis noted that the short-term outlook for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 is expected to meet the high end of previously provided guidance.
