IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) reported record financial results for its fiscal year 2026, which ended July 31, 2026. The company announced that revenue for the fiscal year increased by 5% to $1.298 billion, while income from operations rose by 21% to $121.2 million. Net income attributable to IDT for the year was $86.6 million, representing a 14% increase from the prior year.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 (4Q26), IDT reported revenue of $339.0 million, a 7% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. The company’s gross profit for the quarter was $134.8 million, an 18% increase, and income from operations totaled $33.2 million, a 52% increase. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter increased to $0.87 on a GAAP basis and $0.94 on a non-GAAP basis.

The company’s results were driven by growth across its key business segments. The National Retail Solutions (NRS) segment saw revenue increase by 31% to $45.0 million in 4Q26 and by 24% to $159.4 million for the full fiscal year. The BOSS Money and Fintech segment reported digital revenue of $33.7 million in 4Q26, a 22% increase, and total segment revenue of $47.1 million. The net2phone segment also saw subscription revenue grow by 10% to $24.5 million in 4Q26.

CEO Shmuel Jonas noted that the company’s three higher-margin growth segments—NRS, Fintech, and net2phone—each increased their contributions during the quarter. He highlighted specific developments, including the launch of a digital wallet in the U.S. and the expansion of BOSS Money’s international reach. Additionally, net2phone is on track to surpass a $100 million annual recurring revenue (ARR) milestone in the current quarter.
