Ibotta, Inc. announced the appointment of Tony Weisman to its Board of Directors, effective September 22, 2026. Mr. Weisman will serve as a Class I director with an initial term expiring at the Company’s 2028 annual meeting of shareholders. He has also been appointed to the Company’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Weisman brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing leadership and digital transformation. According to the filing, he previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin' U.S., where he oversaw a rebranding after 68 years and led digital marketing and loyalty strategy initiatives. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Digitas North America, the world's largest digital marketing agency, where he built a large data science team.

Mr. Weisman is a board member of Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO) and MNTN (NYSE: MNTN), among other private companies. He holds a BA in political science from Brown University. The Company stated that there are no arrangements or understandings regarding his selection and no related party transactions requiring disclosure.

In other leadership news, Thomas Lehrman notified the Company of his resignation from the Board and all committees, effective September 22, 2026. Ibotta stated it is not aware of any disagreements regarding his departure.
