Hines Private Wealth Solutions LLC has successfully completed its ninth Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offering, known as HREX 9 DST. According to a press release filed with the SEC on October 20, 2026, the transaction raised approximately $591 million, marking the largest DST offering completed by Hines to date.

The offering provided qualified investors with the opportunity to invest in two multifamily properties: Gables Station in Coral Gables, Florida, and Left Bank in Chicago. The properties are located in highly walkable urban markets and total 946 units with more than 957,000 square feet of rentable space.

Gables Station is a 495-unit apartment community in Coral Gables featuring amenities such as a Life Time fitness center, Trader Joe’s, three resort-style pools, and two restaurants. Left Bank is a 451-unit apartment community in Chicago’s Fulton Market/West Loop, offering upscale finishes, direct access to the Chicago Riverwalk, and proximity to public transit.

The assets were sourced from Hines Global Income Trust, Inc. (HGIT). HGIT’s portfolio has a gross asset value of approximately $7.29 billion as of September 30, 2026. The HREX 9 DST allowed investors to participate in a like-kind exchange under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, providing a mechanism to defer capital gains and other taxes while acquiring institutional-quality real estate.

Since launching Hines Real Estate Exchange in 2022, the firm has raised more than $1.9 billion from qualified investors, reflecting the growth in the scale and breadth of its private wealth business.
