Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN) has completed the acquisition of Kanebridge, LLC, a master distributor of industrial fasteners, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $315 million. The transaction, originally announced on August 3, 2026, was finalized on August 28, 2026.

According to the filing, the acquisition was funded through a combination of cash on hand, borrowings from the company’s existing revolving credit facility, and proceeds from a new $200 million term loan facility. The company entered into Amendment No. 1 to its term loan credit agreement on August 28, 2026, to facilitate this financing.

The new $200 million senior secured term loans are priced at the Borrower’s option, either SOFR plus a margin of 2.00% or ABR plus a margin of 1.00%. The loans mature on July 22, 2033, and are guaranteed by Hillman’s parent company and its material wholly-owned domestic subsidiaries.

Kanebridge supplies more than 44,000 commercial and military-grade fastener SKUs to distributors across the United States and Canada. The company stated that the acquisition establishes Hillman’s first U.S. master distribution platform in the industrial fastener market and expands the Company’s industrial addressable market to approximately $3 billion.
