Herc Holdings Inc. has amended its receivables financing agreement, extending the maturity date of the facility by one year. The filing, dated September 3, 2026, details the terms of the Ninth Amendment to the agreement, which was executed on August 31, 2026.

The original agreement was established on September 17, 2018, by Herc Rentals Inc. and its subsidiaries. At that time, the Company acted as the servicer and performance guarantor for the facility. The agreement is with Herc Receivables U.S. LLC, a special purpose vehicle wholly-owned by the Company, and involves lenders from time to time, with Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) serving as the Administrative Agent.

Loans taken out under this agreement are secured by liens on the receivables and other assets of the Receivables Subsidiary. The Company, the Receivables Subsidiary, CACIB, and the Lenders have amended the agreement annually since 2020. The Ninth Amendment increases the commitments and uncommitted allocations to provide greater borrowing availability. Additionally, the amendment extends the maturity date of the receivables financing agreement until August 31, 2027.

The full text of the Ninth Amendment is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
