HealthEquity, Inc. (NASDAQ: HQY) announced on September 24, 2026, that Noémie Heuland has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Heuland is the Chief Financial Officer of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO). Her appointment expands the Board of Directors to eleven members, with nine of those members classified as independent.

Ms. Heuland will serve on two specific committees of the Board: the Audit and Risk Committee and the Cybersecurity and Technology Committee. In a statement, Robert Selander, the Chairman of the Board, noted that Ms. Heuland has built her career at the intersection of finance and technology and that her perspective will be valuable as the company scales and invests for the future.

Ms. Heuland has served as the CFO of Moody’s since April 2024. Prior to her role at Moody’s, she served as the CFO of Dayforce, Inc. from October 2020 to February 2024. Before joining Dayforce, she spent 12 years working for SAP in various finance leadership roles. She holds an M.S. in Finance and Accounting from Nantes Business School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

The Company disclosed that during the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, it paid approximately $146,519 to Moody’s controlled subsidiaries for ratings services and data sets used for internal modeling. HealthEquity expects to pay Moody’s controlled subsidiaries an amount exceeding $120,000 in the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027.

Ms. Heuland will receive standard director compensation pursuant to the Company’s Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy, which includes retainer fees and additional annual equity awards. She will also enter into the Company’s standard form of indemnification agreement.
