Health Catalyst, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCAT) announced on September 14, 2026, that Tami Reller has been appointed to the company’s board of directors, effective October 1, 2026. The appointment was made following a recommendation from the company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Reller will serve as a Class III director and fill a newly created seat on the board. The board is expanding from six members to seven directors. In her new role, Reller will chair the Audit Committee and serve as a member of the Compensation Committee.
Reller, age 62, brings extensive experience in healthcare and technology. She previously served as President, CEO, and Executive Chair of Duly Health and Care, an independent physician group. Prior to that, she held senior executive roles at Microsoft and at various subsidiaries of UnitedHealth Group, including UnitedHealthcare and Optum.
Reller currently serves on the board of SPS Commerce, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPSC), a publicly traded global supply chain network, where she has served since May 2016. She also serves on the board of Fairview Health Services, a Minnesota-based nonprofit health system.
Health Catalyst noted that the company has entered a new phase of growth under CEO Simeon Kohl. The company states it has $2.8 billion in validated outcomes and is advancing AI-forward technologies to help health systems improve performance.
