The company reported net sales of $260.1 million for the quarter, a 6% increase compared to the prior year period. This growth was driven by favorable price realization and higher volumes, with positive net pricing used to offset inflation and tariffs.

On a segment basis, North America (NAM) saw net sales rise 9% to $226.4 million, while Europe & Rest of World (E&RW) saw net sales decline 6% to $33.8 million, attributed to lower volume due to geopolitical conflicts in the Middle East.
