Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, the sponsor of the Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF, entered into a Sixth Amendment to its Master Custody Service Agreement with Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. on September 29, 2026. This agreement allows the Trust to utilize Anchorage Digital to custody a portion of its LINK holdings.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Anchorage Digital will provide services related to the custody and safekeeping of a portion of the Trust’s LINK. The Sponsor intends to utilize Anchorage Digital’s services for this purpose. The Trust’s existing custody arrangement with Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC remains in place, and Coinbase continues to serve as the Trust’s primary custodian. The Sponsor retains discretion to determine the amounts held at either custodian, and as of the filing, the Sponsor has not determined the total amount of LINK to be moved to Anchorage Digital.

The Sponsor views the addition of Anchorage Digital as part of its ongoing risk management approach as the Trust grows in size. Anchorage Digital will withdraw LINK from its account upon Sponsor instruction to pay the Trust’s Sponsor’s Fee and any Additional Trust Expenses, consistent with procedures described in the Trust’s prospectus dated April 16, 2026.

Regarding security, Anchorage Digital generates private keys and corresponding public keys to retain custody of the assets. The hardware security module used to safeguard these keys is located in the United States. The agreement also includes provisions for handling blockchain forks, allowing Anchorage Digital to temporarily suspend services and determine whether to support either branch of a forked protocol, provided it uses commercially reasonable efforts to avoid ceasing support for both branches.

The Additional Custodian is required to maintain certain insurance coverage, including commercial crime insurance or a fidelity bond with limits of not less than $100 million in the aggregate. The Sponsor notes that shareholders cannot be assured that the Additional Custodian will maintain adequate insurance or that such coverage will cover losses with respect to the Trust’s LINK.
