Graphic Packaging Appoints Aditya Gandhi as Chief Accounting Officer

Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) announced on September 28, 2026, that Aditya J. Gandhi has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. He will report to Charles D. Lischer, the Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Gandhi brings more than 20 years of experience in public-company accounting and the packaging industry. Prior to joining Graphic Packaging, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of AptarGroup, Inc. from June 2026. Before that, he was the Chief Accounting Officer at Sonoco Products Company from August 2022 to May 2026. He also held senior roles at WestRock Company, including Segment Controller for its Consumer Packaging business.

Earlier in his career, Gandhi held a senior technical accounting role at GE and spent more than a decade with Deloitte, including senior positions in the firm's National Office and London, where he advised clients on complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

In connection with his appointment, Gandhi will receive a one-time grant of restricted stock units valued at approximately $715,000 on the date of grant, which will vest ratably over three years. He will also receive a cash sign-on bonus of $105,000.
