Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced the appointment of Richard B. Lewis to its Board of Directors, effective December 3, 2026. Mr. Lewis is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a position he has held since March 2026. He also serves on the board of directors at Donaldson.
Before becoming CEO, Mr. Lewis served as Donaldson’s Chief Operating Officer. He has held a range of senior leadership roles within the organization, including overseeing global operations and serving as President of the Mobile Solutions and Life Sciences businesses.
Mr. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
Graco’s Chairman of the Board, J. Kevin Gilligan, commented that Mr. Lewis’s operational and commercial experience and his track record in senior leadership positions at a public manufacturing company make him an excellent fit for the Graco Board.
Mr. Lewis will serve on the company’s Audit Committee. In connection with his appointment, he will receive the standard director compensation referenced in Graco’s Proxy Statement for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
