Gold.com, Inc. (NYSE: GOLD) announced leadership and auditing changes in a filing dated September 14, 2026, effective September 18, 2026. Cary Dickson, the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, submitted his resignation effective September 18, 2026, to retire from the role. Mr. Dickson will serve as a Consultant to the Company for the 12 months following his retirement.

Effective September 18, 2026, Jill Van, the company’s current Executive Vice President, Controller, and Assistant Secretary, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Van joined Gold.com in June 2025 as Senior Vice President and Controller and was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2026. She holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her prior experience includes serving as Audit Partner at RSM US LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, as well as roles at Hardesty LLC and Shew Enterprise.

In addition to the leadership transition, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. KPMG succeeds Grant Thornton LLP, which provided auditing services to the company.
