The company announced a dividend of $0.453125 per share for holders of its 7.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. This payment is set for October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 2, 2026.
Additionally, the company declared a dividend of $0.4296875 per share for the 6.875% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, with the same payment date and record date.
