Genvor Incorporated entered into an Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement with Dr. Jesse Jaynes on October 22, 2026. Dr. Jaynes, who serves as a founder, director, and Chief Scientific Officer for the company, assigned to Genvor the rights to a collection of synthetic and designed peptide sequences. The assignment includes approximately 9,000 antimicrobial peptides referenced in the company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025.
The agreement transfers more than just the sequence data. It includes associated design, screening, activity, formulation, and validation data, as well as any unpublished design notes, rules, or selection criteria used by the company in its research, development, and commercialization programs. The filing indicates that this intellectual property was provided to or used by Genvor in its operations.
