Garrett Motion Inc. (Nasdaq: GTX) announced that Steven Tesoriere has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective as of the close of business on October 28, 2026. Mr. Tesoriere’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
Mr. Tesoriere joined the Board in April 2021 as a designee of funds affiliated with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. under the terms of the Company’s Series A Investor Rights Agreement. During his tenure, he served on the Talent Management and Compensation Committee and previously chaired both the Finance Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
