Forum Markets, Incorporated (Nasdaq: FRMM) announced on October 26, 2026, that its joint venture, Forum Edge AI LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement with Fireworks AI. The agreement involves a 36-month reservation of Nvidia B300 GPU capacity at Edge Node’s data center facility in Dallas, Texas.
The total contract value of the agreement is approximately $94.4 million. This amount covers GPU capacity and associated CPU management node fees payable over the three-year term. Fireworks has provided a substantial prepayment deposit, which will be credited against fees due under the contract.
The GPUs are scheduled to be deployed at the Dallas facility in late December or early January. The Dallas site is part of Forum’s initial AI infrastructure investment and already possesses existing permits, power access, and physical infrastructure.
Forum Edge AI is a joint venture between Forum Markets and Edge Node Inc. This agreement marks the first finalized contract for Forum Edge. The company stated that it expects to deploy several partnerships into its unique footprint in the future.
