Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (NYSE: FBIN) announced a series of leadership and organizational changes on October 27, 2026, to enhance focus within its businesses and strengthen execution. The company stated that these moves are designed to embed marketing within business units and align research and development and supply chain teams more directly with the brands they support.
David V. Barry, the company’s current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and President of the Moen business. In this new capacity, Barry will report to Chief Executive Officer Jesse Singh.
Fortune Brands also named Peter DuBois as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective November 2, 2026. DuBois will join the Fortune Brands Leadership Team and report to Singh. The company noted that DuBois brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, digital, and operations leadership within the housing and building products industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Serta Simmons Bedding. He previously held the role of Chief Information Officer at Mohawk Industries’ Flooring business and spent nearly two decades at Stanley Black & Decker.
With DuBois’s appointment, John D. Lee will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer. The company indicated that this change will allow Lee to focus on leading research and development and consumer services.
In other leadership changes, Rachel Roberts, who previously led the Water segment, will become Chief Commercial Officer for Moen. The House of Rohl business will continue to be led by Matt Zimmer, General Manager, who has held the role since June 2026 and will now report directly to CEO Jesse Singh.
