Fly-E Group, Inc. announced leadership changes effective September 11, 2026. Lisa Fan has resigned from her positions as Chief Executive Officer and Director, a departure the company states was not the result of any disagreement.
The Board of Directors appointed Qiang Chen as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chen, aged 54, brings nearly 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and public company management. He previously served as CEO of Zhongbao Financial Consulting since January 2016 and was CFO of General Steel Holdings, Inc. from May 2004 to December 2015. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
Separately, the Board appointed Jingxia Song as an independent Director and a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Compensation Committee. Ms. Song, aged 40, has over 16 years of experience in corporate operations and administration. She most recently served as Deputy General Manager, Administration at Beijing Zeying Investment Co. Ltd from June 2018 to February 2026.
Both new executives entered into agreements with the company. Mr. Chen’s employment agreement sets his annual compensation at $60,000. Ms. Song’s offer letter sets her annual compensation at $26,400. The company has filed the full text of both agreements as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2.
