Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) announced an update to its 2026 financial guidance on September 9, 2026, citing continued strength in international chemistry sales. The company raised its full-year 2026 total revenue forecast to a range of $360 million to $370 million and increased its Adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $50 million to $54 million.
This update follows a previous guidance adjustment made on August 4, 2026, which had set revenue targets between $340 million and $350 million and Adjusted EBITDA between $47 million and $51 million. At the midpoints of the new ranges, the company projects total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to grow by 54% and 58%, respectively, compared to the reported full-year 2025 metrics.
Flotek attributed the increased outlook to sustained demand for its real-time data and chemistry technologies. Specifically, the company highlighted a significant surge in international chemistry revenue, which was approximately $10.6 million in the second quarter of 2026. This figure represents a more than 450% sequential increase from the first quarter. The company anticipates that international chemistry sales for the second half of 2026 could exceed $40 million, supported by ongoing work in Saudi Arabia.
Flotek also noted the expanding contribution from its Data Analytics segment. The company will participate in the Lake Street Annual Investor Conference in New York on September 10, 2026, where Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ryan Ezell will host investor meetings. The company plans to attend several other investor events, including the INVEST Houston Leadership Summit on November 5, 2026, and the ROTH Deer Valley conference from December 9 to 11, 2026.
