Firy Inc. (NYSE: FIRY) has completed the sale of its entire equity stake in Exit Games GmbH for a total cash consideration of $55 million. The transaction, finalized on October 2, 2026, involved the transfer of 14,708 shares of Exit Games, representing approximately 10.5% of the company's outstanding share capital.

Under the Share Sale and Transfer Agreement entered into on October 2, 2026, Firy sold all of its right, title, and interest in Exit Games. The company ceased to be a shareholder of Exit Games as a result of the deal. The Hamburg-based developer of the Photon multiplayer networking technology was acquired by Firy under its former name, Skillz Inc., in July 2021 for a purchase price of $50 million.

According to the company, the sale represents a fully realized cash return of approximately 1.1x Firy's original investment. Firy CEO Andrew Paradise noted that the exit was made in cash and above the original purchase price, providing the company with liquidity for other endeavors.

The press release accompanying the filing highlights that the transaction occurred at a time when 2021-vintage U.S. venture capital funds had distributed an average of 0.05x of paid-in capital at their five-year mark. Firy’s realized return of 1.1x is approximately 22 times that average.
