First Breach Inc. has terminated its previously announced joint venture with ideaForge Technology Inc. The termination was executed via a Termination Agreement signed on October 26, 2026, which took effect immediately. As a result of the agreement, First Breach is relieved of its obligation to contribute capital to the venture, including a previously scheduled first tranche of $10.0 million due on December 31, 2026.

The terminated joint venture was established on September 23, 2025, to jointly license, source, design, engineer, manufacture, and distribute unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the United States. Under the original agreement, the company had committed up to $25.0 million to the venture. The termination was mutual, with both parties releasing each other from claims related to the agreement. The company reported that it did not incur any early termination penalties.

Despite the end of the joint venture, First Breach continues to pursue its unmanned aerial systems strategy. The company announced on October 27, 2026, that it successfully conducted the initial test flight of its Long Range Strike (LRS) platform. This platform is the second of two proprietary drone systems being developed in partnership with Hellbender, Inc.

The LRS platform is designed as a compact, man-portable Class 1 unmanned aircraft system weighing under 9 kg. It is intended to achieve a range exceeding 20 km and carry a payload of approximately 1 kg. The system is engineered for 100 percent non-Chinese sourcing of key components, including batteries, motors, and flight control systems.

First Breach stated that both the LRS and its Close Quarters Strike (CQS) platform are currently in active flight testing. The company intends to complete initial prototypes in the fourth quarter of 2026 and begin scaled production in the second quarter of 2027.
