The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBank Indianapolis) announced a series of leadership changes on September 28, 2026, effective immediately. The changes are intended to align the Bank’s key functions with its strategic priorities and member-focused mission.
Brendan W. McGrath, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the reorganization is designed to sharpen accountability and strengthen coordination across the institution.
- Chad A. Brandt has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brandt joined the Bank in January 2016 as Senior Vice President - Treasurer and was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer in March 2026. He will be paid an annual base salary of $480,000, prorated for 2026, and remains a Level 1 Participant under the Bank's 2026 Incentive Compensation Plan.
- Kristina L. Cunningham has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities now include all aspects of information security.
- Jonathan W. Griffin has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer. His role brings together Business Development, Member Outreach and Communications, Member-facing Operations, Advances, the Mortgage Purchase Program, Member Credit Risk, and technology solutions.
- John D. Bingham has been named Senior Vice President, Banking Operations. He is responsible for the Bank’s mortgage purchase program, collateral operations, and correspondent services.
- Stephanie L. Lesnet has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Her expanded duties include financial systems engineering and facilities management.
- Jeffrey D. Mills has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Legal, Corporate and Community Affairs Officer. He brings together legal and governance, government relations, corporate communications, and community investments.
- Gurdeepak Singh has been named Chief Technology Officer. He will lead IT engineering, IT infrastructure, and IT governance.
