The Federal Reserve Board has announced its approval of an application submitted by Isabella Bank Corporation, headquartered in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The regulatory body granted approval for the bank holding company to acquire Grand River Commerce, Inc., a subsidiary of Grand River Bank, which is also located in Grandville, Michigan.
The approval specifically covers the indirect acquisition of Grand River Bank through the purchase of Grand River Commerce. Additionally, the Board authorized Isabella Bank to merge with Grand River Bank and to establish and operate branches at the locations currently held by Grand River Bank.
