Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. has ratified an amended consulting agreement with AIBOT, Inc. The filing, dated August 27, 2026, details the arrangement between the company's robotics division, FF AI-Robotics Inc., and the consultant.
Under the agreement, AIBOT will provide engineering support, manufacturing and testing documentation, supply chain assessments, and regulatory development reviews. The primary focus of the services is FCC compliance, including ICTS and NDAA compliance and U.S. localization advisory services.
The consulting fees are set at $25,000 per month, with an initial term of twelve months. The company retains the right to terminate the agreement immediately upon notice. The terms of the agreement were reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
The filing also notes that the company’s Global Executive Chairman, Jerry Wang, is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of AIBOT. Additionally, the company’s Head of Government Affairs & Strategic Operations, Max Ma, serves as President of AIBOT, and the robotics division’s Chief Technology Officer, Hong Rao, is Executive Vice President of Product & Technology at AIBOT.
The amendment to the Statement of Work No. 1 establishes specific target completion timelines for seven deliverables. These include a baseline regulatory and product gap assessment, an FCC compliance risk register, a U.S. localization roadmap, and a bill of materials analysis model, with deadlines ranging from 30 to 75 days from the effective date.
