Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-5, along with Exeter Automobile Receivables Trusts 2022-2, 2022-3, and 2022-4, has entered into a Capital Contribution Agreement. The agreement was executed on September 15, 2026, and was acknowledged by Citibank, N.A., acting as the indenture trustee.
Under the terms of the agreement, EFCAR, LLC, which serves as the holder of the equity for the listed trusts, is permitted to make limited capital contributions to each trust. The filing was submitted on September 16, 2026.
