Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: EMAT) announced on October 29, 2026, that it has secured approximately 754 metric tons of neodymium metal sourced entirely outside of China. The company stated that this supply is sufficient to cover approximately 50% of the feedstock required to achieve its full-year 2027 revenue guidance of $400 million to $460 million.

The breakdown of the secured supply includes:

In addition to neodymium, the company holds approximately 520 kilograms of dysprosium metal at its Pohang facility. It has also committed to receiving 1.5 metric tons of dysprosium per month starting in February 2027.

EM&T noted that its grain boundary diffusion technology allows it to use heavy rare earths, such as dysprosium, approximately six to eight times more efficiently than traditional methods. The company stated that it has now assembled all ten factors required for large-scale commercial magnet manufacturing, including land, power, equipment, permits, operators, feedstock, magnets, buyers, buyer certifications, and capital.

The company plans to expand its annual rare earth magnet production capacity from approximately 1,000 metric tons to more than 10,000 metric tons. It will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and operational showcase at its Pohang facility on December 17, 2026.
