Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: EMAT) announced on October 9, 2026, that it has raised its revenue guidance for fiscal year 2026. The company now expects revenue of $10 million to $11 million, up from the previously provided range of $5 million to $8 million announced on September 10, 2026. This represents a 62% increase at the midpoint, which is now $10.5 million compared to the prior midpoint of $6.5 million.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance, which remains at $400 million to $460 million. The midpoint of this range is $430 million, representing approximately 41 times the raised fiscal 2026 midpoint.
The updated outlook is attributed to an expanded non-China rare earth feedstock position and the production capacity it unlocks, alongside improved rare earth pricing and strong commercial demand. To meet this demand, thirteen additional ULVAC sintered magnet production machines are scheduled for delivery in October 2026, with installation commencing immediately following delivery in Pohang, Republic of Korea. Once operational, these machines are expected to expand annual rare earth magnet production capacity to more than 10,000 metric tons, including approximately 6,000 metric tons of high-performance sintered magnets.
EM&T also announced plans to showcase what it believes is the largest commercial magnet facility in the world, outside of China, on December 17, 2026. The company noted that it has already received attendance confirmations from industry leaders, government officials, trade partners, investors, banking research teams, and its board of directors.
