Enovix Corporation reported preliminary, unaudited financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2026, revealing revenue of $11.0 million. This figure represents a 38% increase compared to the same period in the prior year and exceeds the company's guidance of $9.0 million to $10.0 million. This marks the sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth for the company.

The company attributes the revenue beat to continued growth in its drone and defense pipeline, product sample validation by multiple customers, and progress in expanding defense manufacturing capacity. The demand surge is driven by U.S. and allied defense programs seeking non-Chinese battery sources due to federal sourcing rules under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).

Enovix is investing $19 million to double the capacity of its Korean plant, which is located in an acquired facility with a 20-year defense production history. The company noted that orders for multiple sub-markets, including aerial, subsea, and maritime drone programs, have already exceeded Q3'26 total revenue in the first part of Q4'26.

Drone and defense customers accounted for approximately 70% of Q3'26 revenue. The company’s total drone, defense, and industrial pipeline grew 18% to approximately $216 million, with the drone pipeline alone growing 48% to approximately $150 million. Enovix has shipped approximately 17,000 production samples to one of its 24 current and prospective smart eyewear customers year-to-date.

In a separate announcement, Enovix realigned its leadership team to focus on drone and defense growth. Steve Bakos, a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, was promoted to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager. He will lead the global defense and commercial business unit. James Wilcox, a founding engineering team member and Berkeley Ph.D., was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Strategy to lead manufacturing and technology partnerships. Dan Wark, a semiconductor operations veteran, joined full-time to lead a new Global Supply Chain organization.

Regarding financials, the company reported a preliminary loss from operations of $39.3 million on a GAAP basis, though a non-GAAP loss from operations was reported at $29.2 million. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $512 million as of October 4, 2026. Full results and an earnings call are expected on or about November 12, 2026.
