Enerpac Tool Group Corp. (NYSE: EPAC) announced on October 8, 2026, that its Board of Directors has expanded its size from eight to nine members and elected Charles T. Lauber to fill the newly created vacancy.
Mr. Lauber is a seasoned finance executive with over 40 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and global operations. Prior to his retirement earlier in 2026, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of A. O. Smith from 2019 to 2026. Before joining A. O. Smith in 1999, Mr. Lauber spent 15 years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he advanced to Senior Manager.
The Board appointed Mr. Lauber to serve on the Audit Committee and the Talent Development and Compensation Committee. The Board has determined that Mr. Lauber is independent in accordance with the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Lauber currently serves on the Board of Directors of H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL), where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Personnel & Compensation Committee. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
