Eightco Holdings Inc. has received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirements. According to the filing dated October 8, 2026, Nasdaq determined that for the preceding 10 consecutive business days, from September 24, 2026 to October 7, 2026, the closing bid price of the company’s common stock was at or above the required minimum of $1.00 per share.
This compliance notice resolves a previous notification issued on August 5, 2026. At that time, Nasdaq informed the company that its stock had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days, from June 23, 2026 to August 4, 2026. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), Eightco was initially granted a 180-calendar-day cure period, which was set to expire on February 1, 2027.
The company’s common stock continues to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “ORBS.” The filing notes that the restoration of compliance has no effect on the listing or trading status of the shares. A copy of the Nasdaq Compliance Notice is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the report.
