Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Opportunity Bank of Montana, have approved amendments to the executive compensation agreements for the company's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President. The changes were approved by the Boards of Directors on September 28, 2026, and are effective October 1, 2026.

The Fifth Amendment to the Salary Continuation Agreement of Laura F. Clark, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, increases her annual benefit. If her separation from service occurs on or after May 1, 2027, the annual benefit will increase from $46,000 to $86,500.

Similarly, the Second Amendment to the Salary Continuation Agreement of Miranda J. Spaulding, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, increases her annual benefit from $99,500 to $136,500, effective October 1, 2026.

In addition to the amendments, the Boards approved a new Salary Continuation Agreement for P. Darryl Rensmon, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. This agreement provides for a fixed retirement benefit of $47,500 annually, payable in monthly installments for his lifetime upon termination of employment at age 70. The agreement also includes provisions for partial payments in the event of early termination or death.
