Donegal Group Declares Quarterly Dividend for Class A and Class B Shares

Donegal Group Inc. announced on October 15, 2026, that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is set at $0.1925 per share for the Company’s Class A common stock and $0.175 per share for its Class B common stock.

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 2, 2026, will receive the dividend payment on November 16, 2026.
