On October 6, 2026, Digital Realty Trust, Inc. announced that Digital Euro Finco, LLC, a wholly owned indirect finance subsidiary of the company’s operating partnership, priced an offering of €1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Guaranteed Notes due 2036. The notes are being sold at a price of 99.289% of the principal amount.

The Euro Notes are senior unsecured obligations of Digital Euro Finco, LLC and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Digital Realty Trust, Inc. and the operating partnership. Interest on the notes will be payable annually in arrears at a rate of 5.125% per annum, beginning on October 9, 2026. The notes are scheduled to mature on October 9, 2036.

Settlement for the offering is expected to occur on October 9, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The notes are being sold only outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933 and have not been registered under the Act.

Digital Realty intends to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds from the offering to finance or refinance new and/or existing projects consistent with its Green Bond Framework, including the development and redevelopment of such projects. Pending that allocation, the company may use the net proceeds to temporarily repay borrowings under its global revolving credit facilities, acquire additional properties or businesses, fund development opportunities, invest in interest-bearing accounts and short-term securities, or for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
